No, we only use natural unsulphured shredded coconut and dried fruit. No preservatives are added.
We follow good manufacturing practices to try and prevent cross contamination of allergens. Our equipment gets a full wet sanitization if there is a changeover from an allergen product to a non-allergen product.

Yes, all of our products are wheat-free and gluten-free. Additionally, our granola, flour blend and mixes are 3rd party gluten-free certified through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO). We also test every run of all our products down to 10ppm for the presence of gluten.
All our granola, flour and mixes are non-GMO verified except for Butterscotch Chip. The milk used in our butterscotch chips could not be Non-GMO verified (butterscotch chip supplier was unable to verify the feed source for the milk ingredients).
