Granola

Is your granola gluten-free?

Yes! Our granola is made with organic certified gluten-free oats. Our granola is also 3rd party gluten-free certified (through the GFCO). Additionally, we test EVERY lot down to 10ppm for the presence of gluten.

Are oats safe for people with Celiac Disease?

According to the Gluten Free Intolerance Group (GIG) – recent research shows that pure, uncontaminated oats used in moderation (1 cup cooked) are safe for most persons with celiac disease. Consult your dietitian or physician if you want to include oats in your diet.

Do you use organic oats?

Yes! We use organic certified gluten-free oats. In addition, we use organic honey and organic coconut.

Does your coconut or dried fruit contain sulfites?

No, we only use natural unsulphured shredded coconut and dried fruit. No preservatives are added.

What do you do to prevent cross contamination of allergens?

We follow good manufacturing practices to try and prevent cross contamination of allergens. Our equipment gets a full wet sanitization if there is a changeover from an allergen product to a non-allergen product.

Flour and Mixes

Can your mixes be made without dairy?

Yes! We have non-dairy instructions on all of our mixes and we think they taste just as good!

Do you have any other recipe suggestions to make with the mixes?

Yes! Please check out our recipe section for recipe ideas. If you’ve made a delicious creation with our products, please let us know, we’d love to share it on our website.

Why don’t you use rice in your flour blend or mixes?

There’s increasing concern regarding the arsenic levels in rice especially for people that are gluten-free.

Are all your products wheat-free and gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products are wheat-free and gluten-free. Additionally, our granola, flour blend and mixes are 3rd party gluten-free certified through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO). We also test every run of all our products down to 10ppm for the presence of gluten.

Are all your products non-GMO verified?

All our granola, flour and mixes are non-GMO verified except for Butterscotch Chip. The milk used in our butterscotch chips could not be Non-GMO verified (butterscotch chip supplier was unable to verify the feed source for the milk ingredients). Are all your products kosher certified?

All of our products are kosher certified through the OU (OU D).

Do you donate a portion of your sales to charity?

Yes, we feel strongly about giving back so we donate 5% of our profits to children’s, environmental, and celiac non-profit organizations.
